Cancellation Policy

If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status and let you know whether cancellation is still available.

When Cancellations May Be Accepted

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before production, customization, sizing, stone sourcing, or shipment has begun. Once an order has moved into production or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom designs, special-order items, personalized pieces, and items made specifically for a customer are generally not cancellable once work has started.

Refund Timing

If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will generally be processed back to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timing and any applicable deductions allowed under the order terms.
